Topsy Turvy Time

I am going through some emotional turmoil right now. Part grief of a lot of changes taking place currently; part joy for the future changes I desire to make, and part terror for the same reasons. I am ready to move on, and in three weeks I will be unencumbered from that situation, regardless of the negatives had a few positives. 

On this last holiday off from work from that position I am in a tailspin. There is a LOT of work to do to move forward but at the same time my feet won’t move/ my hands won’t work/ and I just want to sleep from sudden stomach issues every time I eat. I know its stress, and turmoil from what is happening to me and around me. The current pandemic crisis, the hurricane that just struck New Orleans, strange political changes, etc. are not helping the situation. But I feel like my hands are tied. I need to just breathe and let these things unfold as they are meant to. I know that mentally. But listening to the sanity in that idea is far from easy. 

I am hopeful writing this out will get my juices flowing creatively and I will want to do more. I may blog, or Vlog as things come to an end. And then I HOPE to start a regularly scheduled content creation on the exciting changes taking place. Maybe by then the world will have calmed down somewhat. If not, it might be a respite for me, and for you, through all of this. The world is changing. And I am physically changing my life for the better. Just have to get through these spinning moments first. If you are going through something similar.. Netflix, kitties and ginger ale are helping me cope.
