A few weeks previously I wrote up the start to a blog about violence. How the vastness of the media landscape has made the harshness of this world even more clear, though glossy in its packaging. How we are all in this harsh wild world, are dealing with it the only way we can; by becoming who we are in order to expand our world and make it better, as well as to survive.
I ended up not focusing on it and letting it go. I don’t want to focus on violence.. it is everywhere you look lately and why add to it.
Then I wrote up an idea for an animated short, based on the premise of losing friends due to political opposition in this country lately. The idea would have been a girl, walking along in a desert and seeing the grand canyon come in between herself and her old friends who she realized she never really understood.
Also, something painful I decided not to write about.
So, I am refocusing my brain, and working on the western and the YouTube channels I do have going and let the cruelty of the world drain away. Life it too short and you have to commit to certain things and let others go.
So, stay tuned! I recently got a new light for my filmmaking, and I am gearing up for some fun stuff.
